Check In: 3:00 p.m.
Check Out: 1:00 p.m.

Credit Cards Accepted:
American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy:
Individual guaranteed bookings with credit card or deposit can be cancelled until 16:00 hrs of arrival date.
For bookings of 3 or more rooms policies will be established for each case according to season.

No Show Policy:
If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged.

Extra person Policy:
2 Extra persons maximum in standard room; charge is for $117.00 pesos per each adult including taxes.

Kids Policy:
2 minors maximum under 12 years old may share room with 2 adults.

Pets Policy:
No pets are allowed.
Guide dogs are allowed; for the aid of vision limited people, with a deposit of $500.00 for any damage that dog may cause to facilities.

Oversold Policy:

• In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
